Urethritis: Almsot certainly he has urethritis, probably gonorrhea, maybe nongonococcal urethritis (NGU), often but not always due to chlamydia. Whatever the exact cause, only STDs cause such symptoms. If you have had sex with him, see your own doctor ASAP; you also will need treatment.
