Oral contraceptives: The answer is no, it will not effectively prevent pregnancy if you took only one or two pills two days prior to ovulation. The basis ("MOA") for effectiveness requires using the pill starting on day 5 of your period. The "morning after pill" is taken with unprotected sex the day of or after, and two BCP's for two days will usually prevent pregnancy.
