Penile bumps: Pearly papules aresmall dome-shaped, skin-colored bumps seen on sulcus or corona of the glans penis. They are commonly with uncircumcised penises. Fordyce granules are also quite confusing and may mimic warts (especially in situations when these glands are extensive or occur in the form of clusters). Lots of folks have them. The main thing to consider is whether due to sexual activity and an STD.
