More fat than fiber: Essentially, breasts are comprised of fat and fibrous tissue. Fat/fatty tissue is less dense than fibrous. Dense tissue is challenging to image and assess for any potential growths (e.g. cancer).

Well : Normal breast become less dense as a person gets older they're more dense in a younger person like a teenager. Non-dense breasts these are normal findings in general
