Yes.: Yes a prostate can cause referred pain to the penis, especially if you have an infection of the prostate (prostatitis). Your regular doctor should be able to diagnose you with a simple urine test and physical exam.

PROSTATE STONES: These can be from chronic inflammation of the prostate or the can be kidney stones passed into the bladder and stuck in the prostatic urethra. Either can refer pain to the tip of the penis. The former is not reversible the later can be removed or voided out.
