Need pregnancy test: The nausea would not be from pregnancy if it happened just after 4 days of sex. It could be from infection so if you are having any vaginal discharge, itching or pain you need to see a doctor. Take a pregnancy test 3 weeks after sex or one week after a missed period. Start birth control if you do not want a baby.
