Infection? See MD: Congratulations for being vaccinated! The vaccine itself is unlikely cause this sort of reaction, so I would wonder whether you have an infection. Check back with your doctor's office. Probably it isn't serious, but better safe than sorry. (And you probably can safely have the additional vaccine doses to get complete protection against HPV.)
