Cyst: This could be a bartholin's gland cyst and could be infected. You should see a provider to evaluate this.

See your doctor: See your doctor as soon as possible to get it diagnosed, it could be an infected cyst or an infected Bartholin's cyst but a doctor would need to examine you to make the diagnosis and treat it.
