This sounds to be: within normal range. Many men have a slight "bend" or angle especially noticeable when the penis is erect. The theory is that the chambers in the shaft of the penis-- that engorge with blood when erect--have developed unequally in size. When it is severe and the angle is 45 degrees or more, especially if painful, an evaluation is warranted for Peyronie's disease. Stay well:)
