August 11-14: Generally speaking, ovulation occurs about two weeks (roughly 14 days) before your period. Of course, this is assuming you have regular monthly (approximately 28 day) cycles. Ovulation is one of those retrospective things--you kind of have to back-track from the onset of your period to get a reasonable estimate.
