Yes: If you go to a local lab, they would do a simple blood test for HIV which comes back in a few days, confidentially to you.

Already exists: There have been blood tests available for quite some time that will document prior infection with HPV. Such studies have no ability to tell whether a cancer related strain has triggered changes in the cervix or other tissue that would eventually turn cancerous. The blood tests simply document that you had it at some point.
