Depends on immunity: A person who has herpes on one body part should have immunity if he is not having his very first skin lesions. That means he should not be able to spread his own genital or oral herpes to other sites on his body. Suppose however, that he is playing with a woman's genitals, and she has the other strain of herpes that he doesn't yet have... is that case, he can spread HER herpes onto HIS body parts.
