Agree.As a rule of thumb,any pigmented lesion(brown,black or in between),bigger than 5mms(size of a pencil erasure),growing,itching,raised from the surface,bleeding or ulcerated should be checked by a medical professional,.your family physician or a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon..
