Risks are very small: If you and your partner enjoy sexual intercourse/ penile-vaginal coitus, and your pregnancy has been normal and uncomplicated, there does not seem to be any documented risk to you or to your pregnancy. Concerns about the risks of "air embolism" have been expressed when /if intense oral sex (cunnilingus) is performed in the 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy and air is blown into the vagina.
