Engorged: During sexual stimulation the clitoris becomes engorged. This increases the size of the organ. This is a normal physiologic response. The average length of the female clitoris is about 1-2 cm. If you feel your clitoral length is truly 2 inches (5 cm) then schedule a visit for an Obgyn to do an exam to confirm.
