Hydrocortisone: Try hydrocortisone cream for a few days. If not helpful, consider consulting a dermatologist. In the meanwhile. search for potential contact allergens (vaginal preparations, laundry detergent, latex etc)

Vulva rash: Rash around vulva could be due to fungal infection ( thrush ) , herpes, lichen sclerosis, pubic lice, scabies, dermatitis etc. Antifungal cream can be tried but if not improving please consult with a doctor.
