Retro Ejaculation: Retrograde ejaculation is a common side effect of tamsulosin and other Alpha blockers. It is an indication that the medicine works well for you. If it is the cause of your retrograde ejaculation, it will reverse when you stop taking it. It is not harmful and is only an issue if you are trying to cause a pregnancy.
