Unlikely serious: If you've never had sex, then its not an std. Cysts are fairly common on the penis, other possibilites include a large gland, an inflamed follicle (from masterbation) or an enlarged vein. I would recommend you see a urologist or dermatologist for confirmation and reassurance.
