No: First of all, to get pregnant requires actual penetration (intercourse). Secondly, you were not at the right part of your cycle to conceive. For a 28-30 day menstrual cycle you are most fertile around cycle days 11-17. If you just finished your menses you were around cycle day 5-7 right? First day of full flow bleeding = cycle day 1.
