My penis seems normal, but if you pay attention to there are little red bumps that go around the penis glands, what is this ?

Need more info...: To firmly tell what they are, one has to review the detailed specifics such as exact location, size, number, changing features over time of these lesion + finding of inspection & palpation + testing as needed, although clinically these are most likely pearly penile papules along corona of glans penis or long/tight-foreskin-related lesions if having phimosis. So, seek urologist as needed.
