Yes: Generally, women heal up fine after a D &amp; C, which means they are fertile some time after the D &amp; C if they were fertile before the D &amp; C. Of course, it might take a cycle or two or three, but that's not predictable. If not wanting to get pregnant again, one should use birth control properly.
