Dermatitis: Possible reaction to ingredients or not a yeast infection ( canesten is for yeast). If gets worse or redness spreads then be seen as soon as possible. Otherwise was skin with cool water. Can try soaking in tub with 2 cups of baking soda. Try ice packs to area for 20 minutes on and 20 minutes off and see a doctor when you can
