Well if you: are a "virgin" as you put it we can eliminate STD's as a possibility ..(ie Herpes) The lesions you describe sound like "hemangiomata" ( small clumps of capillaries the tiniest blood vessels in the body) THE ONLY WAY of BEING SURE is to have them checked out...start with your PCP (Primary Care Provider) Hope this helps!
