I have reddish brown, thick and clumpy, discharge, along with itching and burning. it's painful when i have sex and my stomach has been cramping.

Discharge: Could be infection vaginitis/ PID trichamonas, chlamydia, with or without mycoplsma/ BV ( some of these orgnaisms are always present in the vagina but can overgrow versus miscarriage. Check HCG, thyroid may need sonogram and follow up with doc for treatment for infection
