No, unless Rifampin: Other antibiotics are felt not to affect BC pills. A woman who takes birth control pills correctly, and is beyond her first pack of pills, has contraception (protection against pregnancy) every day. That means she can have sex every day and not get pregnant. She has no fertile days. (Of course, any woman of child-bearing age, having sex, CAN get pregnant... the possibility is always there.)
