Okay if ...: It is okay to masturbate to orgasm as long as not using sex tools to reach and hit cervix; for intercourse, not to perform deep penetration esp. by one with long penis. It is good idea & logical to give an open wound at least 2-3 weeks to heal. Nonetheless, people's ability to cope with insult are variable and no one answer fits all.
