Very low risk: Genital warts rarely take hold in the mouth. Even if your (nonprofessional?) diagnosis is correct, it is very unlikely you'll get oral warts or HPV infection. Don't worry about it. Anyway, as a man hving sx with other men, it's 100% certain you have orally exposed to wart-causing (and other) HPV types many times in the past. Visible warts doesn't pose any more risk than penile HPV wihtout warts.
