If your on birth control and haven't had your period for 3 month and had unprotected sex is it possible for you get pregnant or be pregnant?

Low chance: If you take your birth control pills as prescribed, you have > 90% chance that you are not pregnant. However, if you missed your period, and you suspect pregnancy, do a home pregnancy test to get some reassurance. Best wishes Dr M

Yes -low probability: But the probability is low. Depends what you mean by unprotected sex. If you are taking your birth control correctly it would be hard for you to get pregnant. It is unusual not to get period for 3 months and I strongly suggest you see gynecologist for secondary amenorrhea which may be due to birth control.
