I have taken doxycycline for 6 days without problems, the first day of taking it i vomitted after 30 mins is it still effective 6 days for chlamydia ?

Maybe: Maybe enough of the Doxycycline was absorbed in the 30 minutes to be effective. However, the one sure way to know is to return to the MD for repeat Chlamydial testing to make sure that you are negative.
