A member asked:

Why does my eyelid (left) feel numb/swollen when it isn't? i can still feel pressure/pain but it just feels that way. my vision is mostly fine.

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Possible old HSV: Have you ever had cold sores or fever blisters in that area? Not uncommonly an HSV infection can be followed by numbness in the area that was infected.
