Started from a pulsating pressure in the back of my head 2 month ago. then short pains in the back of the head and pulsating pressure under my eyes, numbness of eyelid corners. for 10 days now i have blured vision/light sensibility. what could it be?

Need eval: Not certain. Maybe a tenstion headaches that transitioned into a vascular headache. But if you are having visual changes, do recommend that you get medically evaluated.
