More info is needed: Despite age 18, your described change in penis and bum suggest a presence of some sort of nerve disorders - neuropathy, but certainly require more info + physical exam before deducing its possible cause. More flatulence could be related with some indigestion of certain foods you consumed. More and specific? Seek evaluation and counseling.
