A few ideas...: It would help to know your age, not mentioned, and whether mom knows you are sexually active. "Might have" suggests not yet professionally diagnosed? Do that first, e.g. a community or public health clinic, or Planned Parenthood. All will keep your secret! It's also time to get vaccinated, which will prevent infection with 9 of the most important HPV types (except the one you alreayd have).
