You need evaluation.: Feculent vomiting can be a sign of something serious in your abdomen, depending on your age and medical history. The most common cause is a bowel obstruction or bowel paralysis, which causes bowel contents to back up. Less common cause is a bowel fistula. Either way, you need to see a doctor to discover the reason and prevent a serious complication.
