Reduced quality &...: Smoking is one of the worst things you can do for your health. Smoking cigarettes (menthol or not) results in decreased sperm concentration, motility and more abnormal sperm, but the amount of reduction does not usually reduce fertility- see http://infertility.about.com/od/researchandstudies/a/male_fertility_smoking.htm But I strongly advise stopping smoking if you are trying to conceive a child.

This is very good advice. I hope you will listen to Dr. Baker, and that if you become a father, you will raise your child in a smoke-free home. Best wishes.

No: Smoking tobacco, while bad for overall health, does not affect sperm quality. Menthol doesn't affect sperm quality
