Urethritis, STD, UTI: Pain or irritation of the urethra with voiding often is due to STD, especially gonorrhea, chlamydia, or nongonococcal urethritis. However, al these usually cause abnormal discharge as well, which you might not notice except maybe staining of underwear. It could be a non-STD urinary tract infection, but UTIs in men are rare at age 25. See a doctor soon and get it checked out. Good luck!
