Menopause: We no longer use symptoms to diagnose pregnancy. The symptoms are ambiguous and are the same for numerous hormonal situations. Given your age i would doubt you are still ovulating, but if you have been sexual during your ovulation you must get a pregnancy test. My bet would be that you are in menopause.
