Mucus: I tend to believe that the discharge from the penis is mucus and not semen. This would indicate an inflammation/infection of the urethra especially if some burning on urination occurs. If this is the case you should be examined for sexually transmitted disease and I recommend a consultation with a urologist who will order the appropriate tests and treatment.
