.repeat test at5-6day: Nothing except abstainence is 100% effective at preventing pregnancy.The morning after pill is greater than 95% effective but not 100% at preventing pregnancy.Pregnancy tests especially urine tests take 4 to several days to show pregnancy depending on the manufacturer
