No-Orgasm Headache?: Yes this is a real thing & something that if infrequent, brief & mild not concerning. They appear to be a variant of migraines & if treatment is needed they are generally treated like migraines. In the majority of people they also go away over time. That said since during sexual activity & orgasm there is a rise in adrenaline most neurologists recommend at least imaging once to r/o vascular issues
