Bleeding: or spotting can occur in pregnancy but are not necessarily sign of pregnancy. Do a pregnancy test if you miss your period

Bleeding: It may be an early period. I suggest you get a blood pregnancy test. A urine test is not as accurate. Call your doctor to discuss and get an order for the test.
