Exam: The hormones in birth control can cause some breast tenderness. Vaginal discharge changes throughout the cycle but if you feel that it is not normal then schedule and exam for infections testing. If you think you might be pregnant check then check a home pregnancy test. They are cheap, reliable and available at any pharmacy.
