Not valid question: As far as we know, masturbation does not cause erectile dysfunction. If one were to experiment sexually and injure the phallus, then the traumatic event can result in vascular/nerve injury that can lead to erectile dysfunction.

This doesn't happen: The idea that enjoying your body will make you blind / bald / hairy / impotent / an unfit husband or father / unspiritual or whatever is just not true. It's told you by people who want to manipulate you. Think about something nice -- maybe that one special person who you'll spend your life with. If you're not getting good erections, get checked by your doctor -- prolactinoma, iron overload, etc.
