STD? Miscarriage?: Colored or possibly bloody ("reddish brown") vaginal discharge suggests an infection, especially an STD like gonorrhea or chlamydia, and the cramps suggest possible pelvic inflammatory disease (PID), i.e. fallopian tube infection. Or possibly pregnancy related, if you had conceived before taking the emergency contraceptive. See a doctor ASAP. And please get started on proper contraception!
