Happy ending...: You can get syphillis from a hand job although it would be unusual. Syphillis starts with an ulcer or sore (not painful) at the site of infection, which is something to be aware of. Chlamydia, gonorrhea or HIV transmission, however, would be nearly or perhaps completely impossible via hand job on a man. You can get a skin infection or abscess from very aggressive rubbing anywhere with dirty hands

Think you're OK.: Without direct transmission of bodily fluids (semen, secretions, saliva, blood) it would be unlikely for you to catch anything like that. Unless, of course, the individual did not wash hands before starting with the next "client". But even with that I would think your chances to be low.
