No worries: Irregular or abnormal bleeding on OCPs is not unusual, especially in light of the missed pills and the make up. It will usually reset with the next pack. Importantly though, if you have had unprotected sex during that time, it is necessary for you to do a urine pregnancy test. Unfortunately, the presentation is frequently quite similar. It would be important to know early, since you are bleeding.
