Exam/testing: You may have a UTI or urethritis, requiring examination, testing and screening. Certainly this can be the result of sexual activity, STD, oral sex, excessive masturbation or urethral polys: I suggest a routine exam, urine analysis, urine culture and swab of the penis for possible infection/STD.
