I had a tubal with clamps done in 2013 after the delivery of my 4th child. i have had a lot of pain and excessive bleeding with it. enough bleeding to go thru multiple boxes of tampons within a matter of days. over the last month ive been sick with motion

See your doctor: Menorrhagia is the most common type of abnormal uterine bleeding characterized by heavy and prolonged menstrual bleeding. There are several possible causes of menorrhagia including: Adenomyosis
Uterine fibroids
Infection, tumors, or polyps
PID
Rather than your very recent BTL being the cause of the bleeding, it is more likely to be because of one of the above. You need an ultrasound + examination
