If you are sexually: active, it could be as a result of irritation from having sex. It could also be as a result of a structural abnormality in your urinary tract. This is less likely, however, if you never had UTI's when you were younger. I would recommend that you discuss this with your primary care physican and/or gynecologist. You could also see a urologist (specialist for the urinary tract).

Low immunity: Lowered immunity can cause frequent UTIs. Taking a zinc supplement 25-50 mg/day and a good probiotic daily might help solve the problem since they both boost immunity.
