Possibly: The only way to know for sure is by doing a speculum exam at the gynecologist's office.

Its possible: As a gynecologist, I have sometimes found bits of toilet paper in the vagina when I do an exam. (It won't be able to get inside the uterus) It doesn't seem to cause major problems and will come out when you have a period. If you want to get it out now, you can wash it out by doing a one-time douche. You can buy them pre-mixed at a pharmacy. Best wishes!
